The Ultimate Voices Europe Podcast is joined by Nils Ostertag to talk about his experience as a gay athlete in the European Ultimate community. Together with Jakob and Anika they discuss the complexities of wanting to be seen as an athlete first, while also showing pride in his identity as a gay man. Later, they talk about the future for DEI projects as ultimate is becoming more professionalized and commercialized.
